You’ll adore the subtle flavours of charred rustic pieces of cabbage baked in a decadent shallot and garlic infused cream sauce topped with a baked cheesy thyme crust.

- Preheat oven to 350ºF. Pour the infused cream sauce over the cabbage in the oven-safe container. Cover container with foil and heat in oven for 20 minutes or until hot in the centre.
- Remove foil, top with cheese and broil for 5 minutes until cheese is browned. What! That’s it … yes it is.
Transfer gratin to a serving dish and enjoy.
