Incredible fresh pasta tossed with a luxurious assortment of hand-picked forest mushrooms, cooked to perfection, in a black garlic compound butter. This impressive dish is garnished with charred red onion, 20-month-old Grana Padano Riserva and freshly chopped thyme. Buon appetito!


Fresh pasta (contains gluten), mixed mushrooms, red onion, black garlic, butter, cheese, thyme.

Assembly Instructions

  1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Warm a serving dish.
  2. Pre-heat a sauté pan to medium-high. Warm mushrooms and onion until they sizzle just a little, then transfer to a large bowl. Melt in the black garlic compound butter.
  3. Add pasta to boiling water and cook for 3-5 minutes. Drain pasta and reserve ½ cup of pasta water for the next step.
  4. Gradually combine cooked pasta with warm mushroom/onion mixture. Turn gently while sprinkling in half the cheese and ¼ cup of pasta water to create a creamy sauce. Add more pasta water if the sauce is too thick.
